noticed some bugs on New Romulus

In Atlai mission, only tagging nanov and spraying bugs counts toward the mission progress, collecting water samples & scanning doesn't.

In Vastam Peaks mission, only spraying bugs and saving civilians counts toward your progress, collecting rocks and scanning devices doesn't.

In Paehhos Crater mission, only observing wildlife counts toward your progress, collecting plants and killing Hirogen doesn't.

Another bug is the site-to-site transport in New Romulus does not work even when you have unlocked all the locations. You can still do the alert missions, but you have to run there or find a transporter nearby and go.

When you collected the water samples did you take them to one of the Romulan Scientists in the Atlai? Progress is only earned when they are turned in, not when they are collected. The same with the rocks in the Vastam Peaks and the plants in the Paehhos Crater. I just tested those areas and they worked for me. I will agree that scanning the strange devices in the Peaks does not work and hasn't for a while.
