STO Does not like thighs. (No for real terran short bug, screenshot provided)

Included is a screenshot of my missing blue thighs when I was editing an outfit in the tailor, can confirm it is the shorts terran 1, the other ones work so far.

    Ran into this myself. Old glitch. Did some testing while talking with the other mods. Solution is to switch to Terran 2, then back to Terran 1. Pretty much gooses the system to update something that brings legs back. Worked for me and a friend.
