Can't Complete "Time In a Bottle"

It is exactly as the title implies, only in this case the bug happens after the cutscene with the Iconians when you're supposed to speak with Nog, who isn't standing with Pross or anywhere else on the map.

I found out I sped across the map the first 2 times I lost Nog. The next time I did it I made sure to slow down enough for him to keep up.

Someone please erase this thread. Thank you.
