Deadly Maneuvers set and the Fleet Mogh

I have the 2 piece Deadly Maneuvers Set. One console comes from the Kurak, and the other from the Mogh. When I equip the set on my Kurak Battlecruiser - T6, I get the set bonus. However, when I equip the set on my Fleet Mogh Battlecruiser - T6, I do not get the set bonus. Both consoles seem to be working fine, just not getting the set bonus.
Is this working as intended? Shouldn't the set bonus be available on the Fleet Mogh T6?
