Star Trek Online just Crashed

The Server crashed on 4:52pm EST

Error Message: "The Server is unavailibe at this time"

    Yep. Server is down for me as well. Hamster went on strike.

    There was a message in game that they were going to restart the game. No telling what it was for. No official message I can find here or on social media.

    I didn't crash, it was restarted. They announced it in-game.

    I can confirm it was an announced restart of the server. Not a crash.

    I have crashed about 8 times tonight
    the crash reporter always shows it with a 588 number
    wonder if anyone else is getting this
