New Romulus Web Access and Shuttle Codes

I can't complete Web Access and Shuttle Codes on New Romulus for my Klingon Recruit, I did both missions last night and it still shows I need to do them, it even shows after in my mission journal I still need to complete them.

I believe this could be a problem with the "New Romulus" accolade.

Previous to one of the last few patches, "Shuttle Codes" and "Mountain Base" were two separate missions.
Now, they've been combined and renamed to "Secret Shuttle Codes".

Similarly, "Web Access" and "Overgrown Caves" have been merged into one mission called "Web Access".

It might be possible that these new versions of the missions are trying to trigger the "New Romulus" accolade for their older counterparts and thus not registering their completion in the Accolade for their new versions. Thus, there is a bug. I'd recommend replaying them, just to check. (I've a Klingon Recruit that still hasn't done these, so I'll have a go at this myself to see if my theory is correct.)
