Starfleet Flashback Bundle - Fleet Augur has no Bridge officer space?

So I got the Flashback bundle.
Finished leveling up the Augur and got the FLEET Augur Temporal Science Vessel.
Why are there no bridge officer locations available in a T6 ship?uzho82r4xsok.png

    This sometimes happens for whatever, er, reason.
    Beam up to Space, switch to a different ship, and then switch back - your bridge officer stations should become available.

    Best to log out then back in. Had to do that with the Fleet Cyclone. Good Luck...
