Mission Turning Point wont start

the mission is loaded, but not way point on map, traveled to Khitimar and still nothing, this is where you choose Fed or KDF, please help

I'll try to give you a hand but I only play on PC and Xbox so PS4 might have a bug the others don't.
Are you just starting the mission?
Check in your journal that it's an active mission. I'd make it my Primary mission.
Then I'd go back to episodes tab, go down to Turning point, press More Options, then Travel. That should transwarp you right to the starting location.

I'm guessing you've completed fully each episode that precedes it? If so, you should do so before attempting Turning Point. (Although, I'm not sure how you'll have managed to get Turning Point without doing the previous episodes.)

Theoretically, Xbox & PS4 should be the same, but we've seen in the past that this isn't so.
However, having played this mission just last week, I know it to be working. However, we had an update just the other day, which may have borked it, so I'd have to check.

...go back to episodes tab, go down to Turning point, press More Options, then Travel. That should transwarp you right to the starting location.

This should work, and if Turning Point it active, you can also do this from the Captain menu (Hold X).

It's also possible that the mission start point isn't quite where you expect it. You may be at the Khitomer system, near the star itself, but the mission start points tend to be at the planet.
