Bug in “An Empire Divided”: fight ends due to lack of enemies, but no progress beyond that

This is in the fight above Qo'noS.

Re-inforcements arrived; the fleet was fought and destroyed but the game failed to register that. Not possible to move on.

However, on the second attempt, it worked. I suspect that it depends on which group of enemies is defeated first.
