Attack Pattern Betas and Kemocite Laced weaponry not proccing Boimler and Inspirational Leader

Tested this 20 times outside ESD
Attack Pattern Beta I, II, III and Kemocite Laced Weaponry I,II (not sure about III as I don't have it) has no tool tip regarding proccing Boimler or Inspirational Leader. Activating these two abilities also don't reduce cool down of other bridge officer abilities via Boimler, indicating it's not just text that's missing, it's actually not working.

Location: Any space map/mission.
Can confirm for Kemocite Laced Weaponry. Does not trigger Boimler Effect. Which is a big problem since i'm constantly using KLW.
PS this isn't a necropost. I'm following the rules regarding searching and posting in existing threads about bugs. And bug threads don't apply the 30 day necropost rule.
