Epic Phoenix prize all selections ghosted

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
When I open my Epic Phoenix token, ALL items are ghosted except the very last/bottom option. I'm thinking it's because these ship are available under event reclaim?

    This is Working As Intended. There's no reason wasting an Epic token on something you already own elsewhere.
