Epic Prize Token went Missing from Character Bank

I had an epic prize token from a phoenix prize box in my character bank that I discovered today was gone. It was there for a long time now. I won it a while ago, been well over a year for sure. I actually won 2 on the same day from opening boxes. I was super happy that day. I used one for a ship (Denorious-class Bajoran Interceptor) and I put the other one in my character bank to use sometime in the future. I don't know when it went missing. I was looking through my bank today and noticed it was missing. Nothing else was missing, just that token. I haven't looked down through my unused tokens in a while. All I've been doing for the last few months are my endeavours and daily events. I haven't been keeping a close eye on my bank items. The last time I looked it was there. But that was a while ago. It might of been there last week or it might of disappeared three months ago. I honestly don't know. I do know that I never used it and now it is gone. I kind of went a panic because that thing cost me a lot to get. I thought maybe it might be in my inventory but no it wasn't. Then I checked my other characters for it to make sure, but it wasn't there. I know it was in my characters bank. I keep my bank very well organized and i know I never used it yet.
