Missing Skill Retrain Tokens (Na'kuhl Armament Pack)

I did not receive the three Skill Retrain Tokens that were supposed to be included in the Elite Services Pack, which was part of the promotional Na'kuhl Armament Pack.

The first GM who responded to my support ticket confirmed that I have received the inventory/bank slots and the console on 2023-06-22, but not the Skill Retrain Tokens.

The skill retrain tokens are merely added to your game account and are not actual items that go into your Inventory.

Did you check on the character that opened the pack skill tab? Clicking on the "Retrain Skills button at the bottom will open a sub-window that shows you how many retrain tokens that character has.

Also, most of the Elite Service bundles from promotions only come with 36 inventory slots, 36 banks slots, and 2 Bridge officer slots. No retrain tokens.

However, The Elite Serices Starter Pack from the Zen store (1000zen) does come with 3 retrain tokens.
