in C-Store, ZEN, and Promotions
Additionally when I purchased the legendary 2409 pack, and got the caelian I never actually received the bridge officers/weapons I only received the ship which is so stupid :/ even though got refunded for the items it would be nice to actually get the boffs and weapons that was given in the pack, the ship is in my account too so why not the rest

    According to the description of the Legendary 2409 Bundle you purchased, you need to go look under "Items" > "Top Selling Items" and you'll find the bundle of special doodads and doohickeys there.

    The Image you posted above is merely the shop listing.

    The SHIP is unlocked under the "Ships" category and the 2409 Captain Pack with all the fancy Goodies is unlocked under the "Items" > "Top Selling Items" category.

    The second picture adamwilson1986 posted is the listing under the Items, Top Selling Items. It shows as purchased, I'd check the character you claimed it on and see if the Pack box is in your inventory. All the goodies are all bundled in that one box and until opened it should just be bound to account so make sure the character that opens it is the one you want all the items on. Because you only get the bridge officers, weapon, etc. on ONE CHARACTER.
