ships play warp in animations when I open menu

I have an issue where when I hit the k button or just click the ship and character menu it plays the warp animation and unloads my load outs. I noticed it's not common in ships that are lockbox only... But more common with Zen store ships. And if open the menu on a mission where your not in your own ship it gives me things like "Qo'noS" in my ship traits.
