Electromagnetic Force Majeure from the Kuumarke Visionary Set Ends Ambush Effects Early

When I'm on ground maps and I use the kit module, Tactical Kit Module - Ambush, if Electromagnetic Force Majeure triggers while I'm in combat then right after the automatic loss of 25% of my shields the cloak and +bonus damage effects from Ambush will disappear. I have removed all of my ground traits to see if there were any other possible causes for the early removal of Ambush and it seems that it's only related to the set bonus from the Kuumarke Visionary set. I was hoping to use ambush as part of my new tactical ground dps build but it unfortunately appears to be bugged.

Is anyone else also experiencing this issue?
