Didn't receive the actual Engine that I paid 10,000,000 ECs for from the Exchange.

In the Exchange I clicked on and paid 10,000,000 ECs for Impulse Engines MKXV (Not sure now of what MK, it was), but received straight into my inventory, not through the mail, the following Engine instead Prototype Gravitic Modulation Impulse Engine instead MK V1.
The only help that I've received from STO is, the fault is mine.
Was, wondering has this happened to anybody else? Has, anyone else received, straight into their inventory, something that they didn't pay for?
