Flagship Device Not Recognized

in Xbox One Gameplay Bug Reports
Just finished the last mission to get the new Flagship Call device a couple of days ago. I installed it with my other devices and it’s not showing up on any of my wheel menus like the others. Is there something different about this one? Curious if anyone else is seeing this problem.

    It doesn't have a clicky - equipping it adds the Flagship to your Fleet Support skill.

    It's a passive device, no need to activate. As Inferiority mentions, it add the Flagship to ships summoned with Fleet Support.

    Just going to add the device DOES need to be equipped to your ship to work. It's not like the Ship Beacon devices that can be used while in your inventory.

    I believe I covered the fact that it was passive and that it needed to be equipped:
    It doesn't have a clicky - equipping it adds the Flagship to your Fleet Support skill.

    Equip it in a device slot and use "Fleet Support" skill to have the faction flagship appear with the Support ships.

    The bug where you can't activate Fleet support until you are at 25% hull instead of the normal 50% while having the Flagship Distress Frequency Transponder equipped spread from PC, unless you have the Command trait Command Frequency slotted which removes the low hull requirement.
