Console - Universal - Singularity Distributor Unit missing from my Legendary Romulan Warbird Bundle

Hello, ive tried this in game and was moved to here to post about my issue,
i bought the Legendary Romulan Warbird Bundle and did get most of my items but i am missing the "Console - Universal - Singularity Distributor Unit" and cant find it in any inventory or store page inn the ZEN Store, am i not looking in the right place or is the item bugged and i never received it?

i also made my game account through steam is that is important to know.

If you claim a ship at a lower level, some of the item slots will be disabled/locked until you level up.
If the Console comes in one of those locked slots, you won't receive it -- annoying, huh?
However, as the slots unlock while you level up, you could discharge the ship and then reclaim it from the Z-Store. Your Starship Mastery level will be maintained and you should (eventually) find the missing Console on the ship.
