Traits are borked

Lately, my game has been "forgetting" which traits I have selected after I change ships. Not completely, though. Sometimes, it's just one or two traits, sometimes entire sections of traits.

    It's really bad when you fly a temp ship (like the one at the end of Sphere of Influence) inside a mission. When you finish the mission all your traits are empty.
