Tfo bug the conduit

Was in the TFO “The conduit” when it bugged. It was asking us to destroy 3 nanite generators but we had already destroyed them. Meaning we couldn’t progress and lost our rewards, not to mention it bans you from further missions for 30 minutes.

Obviously, leaving the tfo meant I didn’t get rewards either.
