Will we ever be allowed to change Holo-Boff uniforms?

As the title says. Will the DEVS ever implement a change whereas we can change the uniforms for ALL holo-boffs?

I spent good hard earned money to get the TOS holo-crew but when I change my captain's uniform I would like the option to be able to follow suit with the remainder of my crew, whether they be holo-boff or not. This also goes for the other holo-boff's like terran Janeway and terran Crusher.

While I'm at it, why can't we change our 1st boff name (like Tarsi from AoY ) I'm sick of running around Nimbus seeing around 5 or 6 versions of the same character with the same name. You can even add all the uniform pieces to her (and her equivalents) like wrist, chest or arm armours. (This also goes for a number of other story boffs and the reclaimed borg boff from the c-store).

Just my two pence worth, and will likely get shot down by those more versed in the games mechanics, but hey a little quality of life change could be welcome.

Probably not, as most holoBOffs are supposed to be of unique characters. The only HoloBOffs I can think of that can be customized are a generic holo Engineer, the KDF generic EMH, and the Fed EMH mk 1 (at least uniform wise as its supposed to look like Robert Picardo). All others are not generic.

...though placing some of the TOS crew in mirror uniforms would actually be canon :)

In general though, it could be seen as disrespectful to the actor to allow changing the look of the TV show characters without their consent, and many are no longer able to do so.

Holo-boffs interact poorly with current uniforms, apparently it's due to their non-STO standard body measurements, so it's unlikely they will let you. IIRC Geordie can change because it uses standard STO measurements.

You can't change some names because they are hard-coded due to the dialogue in the tutorials, and it's likely an attributable character name to an actor/ess, probably.
