Missing dialog issue on PS4 version of game

Not sure how widespread this issue is, but for the past few weeks now all dialog audio is gone from all characters in the game. The characters don't even move their mouths anymore. I figured it would be fixed by now, but last I checked this ( yesterday aka Monday) it's still the same. I'm playing the PS4 version on my PS5 by the way.

I am not a console player but I have read that playing some 4 games on a 5 there are compatibility issues, but as this is only a recent issue it really can't be an issue with compatibility. If you are able to force verify on console I would try that, but I am sure another console player will be able to offer more advice.

Nope, we don't have that option. The entire game is downloaded upon install, and any changes to the files only happen at patching time.

Deleting and re-installing the game might help, but on my PS4, just as on PC, the longer you've been playing, the more likely it becomes that NPC's will stop moving their mouths when speaking dialogue.
