A very long time ago when STO was a babby

I made a little trill engineer who flew a star cruiser, big ole space whale. I flew that thing for a long time, till the ambassador class came out.

But thanks this this bundle(and selling them seperately) Shes got her whaleship again, probably the best times and memories I had in this game was flying this big old behemoth.

thank you cryptic, its wonderful to see it in its t6 glory.

    It never quite fit in with my play style or sense of ecstatic.
    Nice to hear it is a good fit for you.
    This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

    That's the nice thing about updating almost every ship to T6 -- ship "A" (or "B", or "C", ...) might not be my cup of tea, but someone really wants it.

    Also, Cryptic has always been good about letting the T6 versions use the old skins for those who prefer them.

    I've always liked the design. Its size and its elongated shape with its many windows gave off the impression of it being a flying city. Before we could claim T6's or event ships at lower levels, it was my favourite levelling ship for those reasons.
    It does seem to be smaller nowadays though.

    The toon that I originally flew an upgraded, fleet T-5U version of the ship on is flying a different ship now. That ship is so deeply associated with that toon now, that I've decided to create a new toon based on his old crew. Quite a bit of extra effort, but well worth it imo.

    I admit I preferred the Assault Cruiser myself, but... I'm happy the Star Cruiser finally got a C-Store version, and a T6 at that.

    Starcruiser, oddy and Sovereign only had the distinction of being garbage scows equipment storage ships for me.

    Just saw one of these over DS9. Ermergerd! She's huge! Huuuge! Happy to see Cryptic do a nice thing to some of their original stuff for a change.
