Rich Dilithium Claim (Daily) not progressable

I attempted to use the Rich Dilithium Claim (Daily) consumable, however when handing it in to the FDMAA Agent the quest did not properly progress. The Agent appears to respond I have already passed this step and to begin the mining, however the Quest Tracker still shows I need to hand the Claim to the FDMAA Agent. I cannot interact with the mineables, and I can neither progress, reset nor drop the quest to fix the issue. Relogging and Force Verify also does not fix the issue.

The issue has now spread to three of my characters.

I think this is related to my problem. Yesterday, I was booted from the server when switching characters, and then I've seen 3 errors:
-Unable to complete the Event Daily
-Unable to complete the Universal Endeavor
-Unable to access my Account Bank (can't take out or load things into; all attempts give me a "Inventory Full" error)

Are you experiencing any of that?

Is this what you see when you speak with the FDMAA agent? When you click "I have a claim to turn in." what happens?
