in Xbox One Gameplay Bug Reports
I opened up a ticket recently and they advised me to post a discussion here. I recently bought the Klingon Kelvin timeline Regalia from the lobi store and the head covering is missing.4r29a9bt15k9.png

    I hate to suggest the obvious, but the reason it could be missing is that the character you're customising isn't a Klingon?

    The pack never stated the head covering is exclusive to klingons and if that is the case why even bother putting the outfit in the game?

    Cardasians can play as part of the Klingon Defense Force.
    But yes, it might be only usable by characters of the Klingon race.

    *Edit* Went to test on tribble, a female orion was able to wear the outfit with helmet.

    I have seen other male characters wear it, mayb e it was an oversight when they added Cardi's into the game
