Admiralty Missions not Rewarding Campaign Experience

I am unable to receive campaign experience (Romulan Campaign is all I've tested) for missions which show various amounts in the available listings. Tour of Duty 6 of 10 should have rewarded 2160 campaign experience, but it did not. Screen shot to show as well as item received chat log. The system is rewarding the appropriate amount of experience points.

inferiority

You can only gain a maximum of 10k Campaign Experience (per campaign) each day, and the first project you Collect also earns a daily bonus.
Is it possible that you'd already hit that 10k maximum, and thus wouldn't get any more?
