TFO Bug

Sometimes when I queue for a TFO instead of taking me into the TFO, it will start infinitely repeating "Map Transfer failed." and "Map requires a Shuttle" over and over again. Meanwhile the team is displayed along the left hand side of the screen. The only way to stop it from repeating infinitely is to log out of the character, which triggers a leaver penalty. I first noticed it during the Klingon recruitment when doing random TFO's, I assumed it was just randomly putting me into a shuttle TFO, so didn't think much about it. But even when I've gone in and queued for specific space TFOs it can happen, TFOs I know are NOT shuttle TFOs it happens. Tonight I tried to queue for Counterpoint which I know is a full starship TFO and this happened. Now I'm in a leaver penalty for that. Does anyone know about this or has it happen and how to stop it?

Happens to me too sometimes. Especially if I switch ships in sector space. I found that opening your status screen fixes it for me. It stops spamming the map transfer message and opens the TFO. Hope it helps.
