Stations disappear when doing Doomsday Device mission

As you know, when you switch to the B'rel for the Doomsday Device mission, it replaces your stations with the three universal stations on the BOP. Unfortunately, when I return to my ship from that mission, not only are all my stations missing (see screenshot), my loadout is, too.
I've tested this so far on five different characters (Temporal, TOS, Discovery, Romulan, and default), with the same problem each time.
Sometimes it clears up if I continue with post-Klingon missions, sometimes it doesn't.
Any ideas or suggestions?

This happens but it can be fixed.
Switch to another ship, beam up to space.
Beam back to a shipyard and switch back to your preferred ship.
You Officer stations should now be showing properly.
