Legendary Romulan Warbird Bundle Console not appearing

So i got the bundle for the scimitar, and one of the consoles doesn't show up to be slotted. Specifically the [Console - Universal - Singularity Distributor Unit]. Its worth noting that i redeemed the ship on new characters when not all the ships slots were immediately available.

Ive checked my banks, abd my inventory and even the promotions page but its just not there

You can discharge and reclaim the ship at a higher level to obtain the missing consoles, but it would be worth posting in the Bug Reports section to make the Devs aware that there's this issue when it is claimed on lower level characters.
