Cannot equip Advanced Console

I recently bought a Console - Advanced Engineering - Hangar Craft Power Transmission Mk II that I re-engineered and upgraded to Mk XV. I went to equip it to my Section 31 Dreadnought Cruiser and it said I don't meet the Requirements to equip it. The Console requires Admiral Rank to equip, and my character is max level.
Character: Tal'lura@tazurensavulen
Ship: Section 31 Intel Dreadnought Cruiser

As you can see, the console is greyed out.

    You can't slot two types of advance consoles.
    To slot a Engi advance console you have to take off your tactical (spire consoles) ones.
    You can slot advance consoles from Engi Sci or Tac... but none of them together.

    Well damn. I just wasted ~23mil for a Console I cannot use. Honestly, the Tooltip should also state that Restriction.

    Yes, the tooltip should include information on these restrictions.

    Hopefully you'll find some use for the console in an alternative build, or on another ship.

    I'm talking about the pop-up tooltip. Not the More Details Tooltip.
