Nanomolecular Architect. "undocumented feature" or bug?

with NA slotted, my engineer is randomly beaming in turrets. mostly phaser, but I definitely recall seeing green and blue bolts as well.
I do NOT have any active doffs. ground traits are assault training, field technician, Lucky, fluidic antigens, peak health,Soldier, Shield harmonic Resonance, sure footed (also had resilient in this slot at one point) Creative, and of course the nanomolecular architect. Ground traits are Deadly Aim, Integrated nanofibers, Lethality, Medical nanites. the beam ins happen every 5-10 activations of kit powers, mostly shield and medical generators, and Sompek Lightning has activated a beam in. I have not seen it from the V'gr Probes yet.

    Yup. it was a good call, though with that nanomolecular module it seems to really increase the chances of a beam in. not sure the chance should be in the 20-30% range
