The Hourly projects should give 200 Rep Points and some Dilithium, but they only do that for the first three times you run that project each day.
You're best option for levelling up the reputation is to just run the Daily projects.

That was my first time running that hourly that day. Thanks for the info but even if that is the case it shouldn't be. I put resources and time into the project I deserve to be compensated

Also, I'm pretty sure that is not the case. Just because I have only posted 17 or 20 times here does not mean I'm some noob. I've been playing this game sense 2017. What kind of dev would set up a system that actively steals your resources? "I have an idea. Let's make it so you can complete the hourly assignments for the reputation system as many times as you want but only allow them to be compensated for it three times. That'll show those stupid people that play our game."

The first three times each day, you get:

• Reputation Progress;
• Dilithium Ore;
• An Equipment Requisition.

Each subsequent project, you get:

• An Equipment Requisition.

That doesn't change the fact that on that day I had only completed it once, one time, and did not get the rep points from it

I didn't play at all yesterday. This is my first log in today. I did not get the rep points for the omega rep

Clearly it is a broken system and has nothing to do with what you claim is the problem
