Terran Sirius Command Dreadnought Not Slotting Consoles

I purchased the Terran Sirius Command Dreadnought using a T6 coupon. Despite being a Dreadnought/Galaxy variant, I am unable to slot several consoles which are ship type specific. Specifically, supplemental subsystems and molecular cohesion nullifier which negate two important bonuses. While still playable, the ship is not working as advertised with certain consoles still showing the red class error.
