Romulan TNG uniform not showing up

I was told to post here by support

i bought the Romulan starter pack with ship uniform and borg ... but dont have the uniform anywhere im sure the support staff and post the screen shots i already sent them

    Are you absolutely sure you bought the right pack?

    The Legacy of Romulus Starter Pack and the Romulan Elite Starter Pack are quite different.

    Both contain ships and a Borg Bridge Officer but only one has the TNG Romulan Uniform.

    Furthermore, the TNG Romulan uniform can only be worn by Romulan characters, so you won't be able to see it on any other species.
