Reward listed in Infinity Box not actually available - Ferengi Marauder

I recently decided to try to get a Ferengi D'Kora Marauder for one of my characters, but there weren't any available on the Exchange, so I bought 20 keys in the Zen store hoping to get lucky.

I was very pleasantly surprised when I got an Infinity Prize Pack: T5 Ship while opening Infinity boxes with those 20 keys... until I tried to use it. That was when I discovered that the Marauder isn't actually an option in the Infinity Choice Pack, even though the in-game description of the Infinity Box clearly states that it is supposed to be an option. I attached screenshots to my support ticket showing the in-game Infinity Box description, and then the actual options available in the Infinity Prize Pack.

I feel like I was tricked out of my Zen, I only bought the keys because the ship wasn't available otherwise. Can Cryptic please fix this? Is there any way to get the ship I want, and that the game currently says should be an option for the prize pack that I have?

As Lock Box T5 ships were slowly superceded by their T6 equivalents, the T5 versions were removed.
Alas, the tooltip should have been updated to reflect that but it clearly hasn't.
The T6 Quark Marauder is the version that's currently available in Lockboxes.

Yep, that's exactly what the GM said that replied to my ticket, the T5 versions aren't even available anymore after the T6 ones came out, thanks for the info.

I'm still hoping they somehow make this right, players should be able to rely on information given in-game without having to check other sources, I feel like I got robbed. I'm not the one that made the mistake, but I'm the one that's missing my money. I guess I'll keep my fingers crossed that they make it right...
