Emerald Chain Intel Juggernaut(an Orion starship) doesn't have access to Orion OSS prefix

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
I have the ship on my pure KDF(not KDF aligned Rom/Jem) and for some reason it has access to Romulan, Starfleet, and Terran prefixes but not the OSS Orion prefix which is weird considering it's an Orion ship from the 32nd Century and not a Romulan or Federation ship

    Might be intentional given that the Emerald Chain is about Orions and Andorians.

    then include Orion and Andorian prefixes instead of Romulan, Terran, and Starfleet lol
