I have completed the "continued Terran task force support [hourly]" twice and did not receive credit for it with any reputation points. I had 31,710 before and I have 31,710 afterwards. I just noticed it because I was close to unlocking tier 3 of the Terran task force. I'm not entirely positive that this hasn't happened more then twice. If it happened twice then it most likely has happened more times. If you guys would could you also check the rest of the reputation lines to make sure that I've been getting the credit that I deserve for completing the daily and hourly assignments. Thank you very much.
P.s. I first made a ticket for this issue on your web site support section but they said the customer support was the wrong area to get customer support for a game bug. I have sense completed a few more daily assignments for the Terran list so I have more points now but at least two of the hourly one's did not give me credit for completing them.

But it does happen. I always start my reps all at the same time yet Omega always seems to end up lagging one step behind by the end. I have to do another daily to reach the final step despite all reps starting at the same time, the rest all finish together but Omega is often falling behind, perhaps this is related to what you are experiencing. Trouble is it doesn't occur on all my characters so it is hard to replicate when and why it happens.
All we can do is describe what the problem is, giving as much detail as possible so they can replicate it internally. The best you can hope for is it'll be mentioned in the patch notes for an update sometime in the future or fixed without further notice. The forums, including bug reports are read by the devs, but they rarely comment here.
And the thing with players responding to bug reports is that many of the issues submitted can be solved by experienced players who have come up against the same problem before and can offer a solution without the devs needing to get involved. Not always of course, but that process of elimination can help reduce the number of issues somewhat.

So basicly what you're telling me is that it's a waste of time to report bugs because we will never know when or even if the problem will be looked into. I will never know if I got the rep points that I put effort into getting. That is a very crappy way for a company to run their customer support. It's a slap in the face. They clearly don't care about the people playing the game, if they did they would make an effort to keep them happy. If sto wasn't the only game I play I would give serious consideration to quiting. Why support a company that clearly doesn't support us as their player base and and their pay check. If it wasn't for us players buying in game products the company would not last long. DO BETTER STAFF.
The more information you can provide like what happens and when it happens and how to replicate the bug will enable them to isolate the problem faster and get a fix out. Yes it is true that some bugs have been around for years and may not ever be fixed, they usually fix game breaking bugs fairly quickly, although with time being relative, quick could mean anything from a few days to a few months or even years.
No, not a waste of time as the devs DO read them, but you won't be seeing a blow by blow account of what they are doing about it. Some bugs can be more difficult to crack than others, which is why as much detail about them as possible is appreciated.
