Anyone having trouble w/ship loadout slots?

Just in the last few days my additional loud outs for space stopped working. I bought 10 load out slots and several ships have 6+loadouts, but won't take new ones.

I am. I make sure to save my loadout manually each time I switch starships. This seems to help.
