Looking to Create a New PC Fed Fleet

Hello all!
I need the help of 4 people to create a new FED fleet on PC. You can leave the fleet after it is created if you want or you can stay and help to develop it.
It would be a fleet for casual players who prefer to have fun. Together we could develop this fleet to get access to many powerful ships and unique SRO (Romulan Operative) bridge officers.
