Exchange purchase mail issue.

I purchased some items off of the exchange and when I try to claim them from the mail, nothing happens. I have tried from a mail station from the menu from the ground holographic reward from the one hur'q mission and from the Azura II space summon. Is there any way to get the items out?

Did you try just from the Icon by the mini-map? With the newer patch you don't need to be at a Mail Terminal or a summon to Take Item anymore.

First thing I tried. When I couldn't take the item I tried everything else. Edit: tried to buy something on an alt. doing the same thing
