Just a tip for the current Universal 10 commander or captain. The last mission in the Gamma arc Home has many you just have to get to the ground portion. Still way faster than farming captains on Nimbus while everyone else is doing the same.

I like Vastam Peaks/Mountain Pass on New Romulus for this one. There're plenty of Tal Shiar Subcommanders around there.
For Voth Ships, I always check to see if the Voth counterattack is starting or nearly so in the Undine Battlezone before I go to the Dyson Contested Zone.

For the Kill Boss on Nimbus endeavor. Go to the bar and get the mission On the Desert Front from Yamlon Nuk. The boss that it spawns counts for the endeavor. Saves you time and headache from some elite player one shotting the area boss that you might have been trying to trigger.
