Is Passive mode for bridge officers only on PC or is it on PS4 and Xbox one If not can it be added to consoles especially for the accolade in the mission Everything old is New. old mission now accessible at level 65.

I dnn't think you can set them to passive, but you can stash them in the far corner of the initial room (up on the d-pad) and then proceed through the rest of the mission by yourself.
