Ticket 899375 T6 Infinity Prize Ship Bug

Hi all!
So I recently got my first infinity prize ship, opened it and instantly got the loadout one bug. I know how to work with thatz but now there is something new. I cant set my crew station skills, when I go to subscreen my crew dissapears and I am directed to my shuttle. I havent been able to set my crew skills since. Also, when I go into tfo especially this hapoens amd I get a top down view of my ship with the radial skills wheel stuck on screen. Does anyone know whats happeneing? Appreciated!

This most often occurs after having played a mission that forces you into a different ship but there is a workaround.
Visit a ship manager and activate a different ship.
Beam up to your ship, and then return to a ship manager to switch back to the ship you want to play.
The crew stations should now appear as normal.

To me, this sounds like your L1 or L2 button(s) might be stuck.
If you're feeling confident, you can open your controller to clean out the interior of anything that might be stuck inside. (There's plenty of instructional videos and webpages out there to help you with that.)

Ive done the ship manager and different ship, Ive tried every workaround, but thats related to loadout one bug. This is new. Crew Stations dissapear, just gone. Invalid entey name is all thats left, regardless of switching ships. Cant upload video but Arc has it.
You were right on the money about stuck L1 though 🤣 thank you!!

P.s. it also isnt after mission changing ships. Just in space, on a tuesday haha

Glad I hit that one.

For the other problem, if switching at the Ship Manager doesn't work it might be worth Switching Ship whilst in Sector Space. It usually brings back the ship stations when other circumstances have caused them to disappear.

If there's still issues, it would be worth grabbing a screenshot or two and sharing them here so that we can see exactly what you see.

Sorry about the glare. It doesnt quite do it justice, but one screen is my crew station, the next is poof. Invalid entity name. Even in the ship menu my ship is gone until I exit and reenter the menu.
So what this means is in tfo, missions etc I randomly lose my loadout ( which is a known bug) and ALL my skills, which I dont know if its known.
I appreciate your helping. Even if there is no help nice to know someone G.A.D.

Jings, crivvens, and help-ma-boab!
That is completely unlike anything I envisioned but I still have some ideas...

• First, which ship is that?
• Second, have you tried Drydocking the ship?
• And, C - do other ships do this?
