Intel HD Graphics 3000 and win 10

Hello.

I want to know if anyone experiecing the issue when the game didnt launch even the laucher did not lauch and got this message

I checked with the command dxdiag my windows and the graphic card too and it supports DirectX 12 and the Direct3D DDI is 11.1 with WDDM 1.2 so I cant understnad why is it not enough. If is there a solution, like for the Fallout76, when I got this message too but could bypass it and everything runnig perfectly.

The HD 3000 is a DirectX 11.1 card, however, its feature level is 10.1. Your OS supports and thus reports DX12 but the actual hardware is not.
