Space Trait: Well Travelled, can not be equipped.

The space trait Well Travelled, earned through the Tour the Galaxy daily, can not be equipped.
The trait gives a 20% cooldown on transwarp.
Apparently it used to be inside an "other" category, which no longer exists.
Recommend moving it back to space traits, OR making it an always on hidden sudo-trait, similar to skill buff/traits. So it doesn't take up our valuable trait slots.
For a future upgrade, reduce it to 10% cooldown, but making it so 10% for each quadrant you clear, IE beta quadrant one day, and Alpha quadrant another day. So after all 4 quadrants you get a 40% cooldown.

Currently, the "Other" category doesn't always show up but Well Traveled is always applied and active after you earn it.
