Federation Phaser Rifle (c2399) secondary animation bug

It looks like after activating its secondary and walking around, your character will behave as if they're no longer walking around with a gun in their hand. The gun will be glued to your right hand and you can go running around swinging the thing as if it's not there.

Animations will behave properly once you fire its primary or melee. It should also be of note that this gun only uses pistol melee animations.
