Klingon cosmetics on Klingon-aligned Romulan kit abilities

I've recently noticed that several Klingon-aligned Romulans, both Engineering, now have Klingon assets for abilities such as Recharge Power to Shields and Fuse Armor. I don't remember having this issue in the past, and would appreciate if someone took time out of their day to look into this. It'd certainly be a nice touch to have a base-level of immersion, again, for a playable faction.

Characters are Ithrev@BLTrrn & Luwen@BLTrrn, but I suspect it'd be on any other Klingon-aligned Romulan Eng I'd hypothetically have.

Equipment Diagnostics and Engineering Proficiency have both been fixed, since, but the aforementioned powers and Shield Recharge are still cosmetically broken.

Certainly, a nice thing to have to deal with over the LoR 10th Anniversary.
