Graphical issues with Intel Arc

All planets (and some moons) have graphical issues, on all maps from the login screen to any displayed in any map. Disabling bloom makes them less blinding. This is with the latest display drivers available and an Arc 750. Below are some samples with bloom off, on (min) and on 100%. Colour shown is green in those caps, but it can be red or yellow or a mixture depending on distance.

    Update, it is related to anisotropic filtering. It needs to be disabled completely, but once done the effect is.. noticeable..
