[Tutorial]: Field Promotions mission breaking condition.

While playing through the starting missions for a federation character, I had to step away from the game for a bit at the Scavenging stage. I had tested the weapons but didn't recover the plasma injectors. After a while the drops disappeared and kept me from being able to continue the misison. I tried logging out and coming back 30 minutes later but the mission was still broken. Easy enough to correct by deleting the character and starting over. Just pointing this out.

Also noticed something with a Klingon Delta recruit. If players forget to collect the Federation files on the Iconians in the mission The Hunt is On. There's no way to replay the mission to get it.

Loot despawning is a common thing in MMO's and STO isn't doing anything different here, tidying up after itself.
The rare thing is having to step away from the game at that stage - and it probably couldn't be helped either.
Still, you were able to 'solve' the problem, in a way...

That's a Great Catch, and very important too as it could really annoy many Delta Recruit playthroughs. But, it's a separate bug, and you should really create a separate report about it.
